During our sessions, we'll share, play, and explore using hands on somatic and experiential exercises.

Sessions are completely interactive and specifically tailored to suit your needs, comfort level, and to support your confident participation. We'll seek, examine, and uproot self limiting beliefs, anxiety, and entrenched shame; while we craft tools to support your empowerment, sustain your embodiment, and achieve a more joyous, fearless experience of life.

About me: 

I've spent years engaged in rigorous personal growth with several cherished mentors.

After lots of talking, there were still so many shadows blocking me from the deep connection to others that I most desired. I needed a more direct, embodied approach to healing.
I'm a certified Somatica sex and relationship coach.

Learning the Somatica Method brought greater liberation, freedom, and connection into my life.

My coaching methodology is informed by my lifelong commitment to personal growth and healing,

using touch, art, sound, and targeted somatic practices.

My credentials include: 

Master of Fine Arts in studio art, Master of Arts in Visual and Critical Studies. Certification in the Somatica Method. Other fields of emotional and somatic study include: workshops in Hakomi and Internal Family Systems, Parts work, Circling, and Attachment theory.
